Tokyo associate select the Vitae range by Noken as the quintessential exponent of avantgarde design

Following the visit to the 27th Edition of Porcelanosa Grupo’s Global Architecture and Interior Design International Exhibition, Porcelanosa’s Tokyo associate selected the Vitae collection by Noken as one of the firm’s hallmark products. The reasons lie in the interest the series evokes as a differentiating element that breaks away from classic bathroom products.
The representatives from Yoshimoto Trading CO LTD, who have decided to feature the Vitae setting in the Tokyo showroom, highlighted Zaha Hadid’s posthumous designs “for the fusion of organic and liquid forms in products that exude an exciting sense of innovation and modernity”.
In the words of the text describing the collection:
“…Vitae appears as an integral collection intended as a new concept in bathroom design. Noken and Zaha Hadid Design embarked on a joint venture to create a revolutionary bathroom concept featuring amazing elements that remind us of Zaha Hadid’s spectacular designs. The natural lines of the collection, evoking the flowing movements of water, are the leitmotif of this exceptional series. And it is precisely for this reason that we have named it VITAE (‘life’ inLatin), because it is in water where life in all its forms begins…”
The collection, which comprises six products in two different finishes, has received no fewer than five awards to date.
