Porcelanosa Manila participates in the 2022 Busuanga Cup regatta

The Bank of the Philippine Islands, partnered with the country’s Inter Island Sailing Foundation, presented the 2022 Busuanga Cup a few weeks ago, incorporating different races into the regatta: Punta Fuego to Busuanga Race, the Doni Altura Memorial Races in Busuanga and the Linapacan Rally.
The chairman of Casaeuropa Porcelanosa (Porcelanosa’s associate in Manila), Raul Martinez, joined the owner of the Belatrix and Schipper teams, Juan Villanueva, to participate in this event, bringing the Porcelanosa brand to the world of sports competition and enjoying an unforgettable day as a team.
The Belatrix x Porcelanosa sailing team competed during the night and managed to win. In addition, the team gave an elite performance during the Linapacán Rally around the islands, winning the coveted cup.
The Busanga Cup 2022 championship
During the championship, the competition has been high, with many boats returning to the championship, including the overall winner in both 2019 and 2020: Jun Avecilia’s Selma Star team (Beneteau First 36.7) and the race record holder Jun Villanueva’s Bellatrix, (Ice 52).
The competition between clubs has been equally tough, with boats joining from the Puerta Galera Yacht Club, Punta Fuego Yacht Club, Manila Yacht Club, Subic Bay Yacht Club and Subic Sailing.
