Porcelanosa Dubai recently presented three new projects designed by the team at the Dubai showroom and carried out by building developer Gallagher Technical Services.
The first project was for a villa in Dubai Hills, with a clear-cut design and predominant use of grey. With a large stairway as a focal point and secondary features in black, like the tap fittings by Noken, the villa combines warm wood finishes with the sobriety of stone and cement-effect tiles.
The following materials were used for the project:
45×120 METROPOLITAN ANTRACITA TILES (VENIS), 59.6×59.6 METROPOLITAN NATURE ANTRACITA TILES (VENIS), 80×80 INDIC GLOSS TILES (VENIS), 120×120 BOTTEGA ACERO TILES (PORCELANOSA), TONO SANITARYWARE (NOKEN), ARCHITECT SANITARYWARE (NOKEN), NEPTUNE SHOWERS (NOKEN).
The second project was for a villa in the Meadows area, where 25×150 TANZANIA ALMOND floor tiles by VENIS were used in charming combination with prevailing white shades in the kitchen and on the walls.
In addition to the two villas, Porcelanosa Dubai designed a striking kitchen in the Cayan Tower area at Dubai Marina. The kitchen furniture, in a Roble Negro finish, is by GAMADECOR.
