Carola Ferrer from Noken’s Export Department visited Porcelanosa Bratislava in mid-October, offering training sessions to showroom staff.
She led two in-store training sessions, looking at essential aspects of the whole catalogue as well as the technical characteristics of products. Ferrer also introduced the various Noken catalogues, with a particular focus on the latest additions presented at Cersaie 2021.
It also gave the Porcelanosa Bratislava team the opportunity to find out answers to their specific queries on the range.
Training: an essential part of our Associates Programme
One of the benefits of our Porcelanosa Associates Programme is our commitment to provide ongoing training to saleroom staff. It means the whole team gets in-depth knowledge of the catalogue and characteristics of every product.
“Our customers appreciate this type of training – it means they can offer the right products with confidence, which is an essential part of achieving service excellence and generating trust in the brand“, explains Ferrer. What’s more: “Our visits always provide the perfect setting to provide training based on the individual customer’s needs, and sometimes associates will request a training session on a particular aspect“. If a visit in person isn’t possible on the dates required, we can also offer remote training.
Our training programme gives associates the chance to deepen their product knowledge, as well as share their own impressions of the brand and its positioning in different international markets.
