Candidate associates must be able to afford the initial financial outlay needed to open a new Porcelanosa showroom. This is one of the points to be analysed during the candidate selection phase. 

Do you like the world of business and doing business? Do you consider yourself to be an entrepreneur?

The driving force behind new associate showrooms is an entrepreneurial spirit.  We are looking for associates with obvious entrepreneurial flair, who are willing to be guided by us in their role as pro-active business leaders.   

Have you worked in the building or interior design sectors?

Previous experience of related sectors is a definite asset since it denotes suitability as an associate. It means that the person is familiar with customary concepts and practices and feels at ease in this kind of everyday environment, dealing with customers, suppliers, professionals etc. 

Are you passionate about your work and about dedicating time to your business?

Effort and dedication and daily supervision of specific tasks at the new associate showroom are two fundamental ingredients in success as a member of our programme. There is only one recipe to tackling this demanding heady challenge: steadfast work.
