The Handbook is a functional document designed to guide you through the process of setting up a new Porcelanosa showroom.
Divided into various sections, it provides detailed information on key aspects for training associates and acquiring a complete insight into the Group’s know-how.
The manual covers a wide range of aspects, including the in-showroom processes, how to handle the corporate identity, the human resources policy or the supervision systems used.
One of the most interesting sections covers the opening of the new showroom from the perspective of the various areas: the display area, staff, IT systems and advertising and marketing.
The section includes an estimated timing for each task in the lead-up to the opening of the new showroom, which should be ready within around three months. It explains who holds responsibility for each task: Porcelanosa Grupo, the associate or both.
