  • +-Can I open a new Porcelanosa showroom anywhere in the world?
    Certain regions already have Porcelanosa showrooms. Other regions may not be of particular interest for new openings. Use our contact form to send in your query and we will be pleased to inform you about the opportunities in each region.
  • +-Are there currently opportunities in Spain for an associate project?
    The Associate Program is designed to develop Porcelanosa Stores in international Markets.
  • +-What is the required start-up investment?
    The start-up investment ranges between €150,000 and €250,000. Apart from this amount, you must also add operating costs. No royalties are required.
  • +-Where should the showrooms be located and what is their average size?
    Showrooms can be located in city centres or nearby shopping centres. We always try to study the best location for each city. As for showroom size, this varies considerably, although it is normally between 250 and 400 m2.
  • +-What makes the Associate Programme different from a franchise project?
    The associate program is, in fact, not a Franchise Project. When you start a new Porcelanosa store project as an associate, you will have managerial autonomy. In addition, there is no entrance fee involved in starting up a new Porcelanosa Associate showroom project. What’s more, Porcelanosa does not obtain royalties from their product sale through your store.
  • +-Can I have a partner when starting up my business?
    Of course. In this case, both of you would have to go through the candidate assessment process before receiving the go-ahead to open your Porcelanosa showroom. Get in touch with us for more details.
  • +-How long does it take to get a Porcelanosa showroom up and running?
    Once the premises have been selected, it will take between six months and a year to get the showroom open. The actual time will depend on the size of the premises and the amount of work involved in fitting out the showroom.
  • +-Does the Porcelanosa Associate programme require a full time commitment?
    Here at Porcelanosa we are looking for people with drive, motivation and enthusiasm for the project. You have to be prepared to work hard and be loyal to our products. This demands a commitment on a daily basis. It’s a question of organisation and dedication. Porcelanosa will give you the tools, but you will be in charge of taking the decisions and you will be developing your business at its own risk.
